As a Lending Operations Administrator II, you will provide timely administration, processing, and support for agriculture and commercial loans and mortgages. The work includes registrations, renewals, reconciliations, regulatory requirements, and member-focused service. You will also support internal teams and external partners while maintaining loan files and correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process loan documentation, registrations, renewals, and transactions
- Escalate and help resolve loan administration issues
- Respond to lending inquiries and support internal teams
- Maintain loan files,
correspondence, and documentation
- Complete and balance internal account reconciliations
Requirements:
- Business or related post-secondary education
- One to three years of job-related experience
- Accuracy, organization, and ability to prioritize tasks
- Technology, software application, and data entry experience
- Knowledge of lending regulations is beneficial
