As a Personal Support Worker, your responsibilities will include: Assisting clients with personal care needs, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Supporting clients with mobility and transfers while ensuring their safety and well-being. Performing light housekeeping tasks, including tidying, laundry, and maintaining a clean and organized living setting. Engaging clients in meaningful activities and providing companionship. Observing and reporting changes in clients' physical or mental condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.



Maintaining accurate documentation of care provided and completing required reports. Personal Support Worker (PSW) certificate from a program approved by the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities or the Ministry of Education. Valid CPR and First Aid certification. Proof of a negative two-step TB Skin Test (Mantoux) completed within the past two years. Valid Ontario Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance. Availability to work morning, day, or evening shifts, including alternating weekends. Ability to communicate effectively in English, including reading, writing, and conversing. Empathy, patience, and the ability to support individuals with diverse needs. Ability to work independently and provide quality care in clients' homes and other care settings. Previous experience in home care or a similar environment is preferred. RNS Health Care Services Inc.
