We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to fill the role of Customer Experience Representative. The Customer Experience Representative will be responsible for delivering best-in-class service to all our customers both internally and externally. Provide support and build solid relationships with our customers and sales team Perform accurate on-time order entry with 24 hours turnaround time Inform customers by e-mail of order information, such as order number, unit prices, inventory level, shipping dates, and any anticipated delays. Support Customer Service E-Mail and phones with order inquiries (ETA/tracking), price and availability, basic product information Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role. Undergraduate degree or college diploma. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.



An openness to giving and receiving feedback, with a desire for continuous improvement. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and Oracle is considered an asset. 100% employer-paid health and dental coverage
