Personalized Prescribing Inc needs a Patient Coordinator to support end user patients, pharmacists, and the COO. This full time, permanent position manages patient inquiries, HCP referrals, consent verification, laboratory documents, and report delivery. You will also monitor pending samples, arrange pharmacist calendars, and resolve portal or delivery issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage HCP-referred leads through the complete enrollment process
- Provide insurance reimbursement claim documentation to patients
- Track shipments and follow up on pending samples
- Source missing clinic contact information for report delivery




- Maintain confidential records and perform administrative documentation

Requirements:

- Two years of required patient service experience
- Bachelor's degree or recognized Pharmacy Technician Diploma
- Strong detail orientation for shipments and clinical documents
- Ability to explain laboratory processes clearly
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and online resources
