Description

Interlake Co-op is hiring a Full-Time File Maintenance/Sr. Clerk Cashier for their Hardwar & Agro Centre’s in Eriksdale, MB.

What you’ll do:

- Approach to Work: To come to work with a positive, professional approach and attitude.
- Customer Service: To help ensure outstanding courteous customer service is provided at all times.
- Policy & Procedures: To help ensure all policies & procedures are adhering to in accordance with Interlake Co-op policy & procedures manual
- Checkout Procedures & Cash Balances: Demonstrate leadership in cash register operations and ensure accuracy of cash handling.
- Opening & Closing Procedures: Complete all opening and closing duties according to assigned schedules and checklists.
- Signs & Labels: Determine requirements, produce, and ensure correct placement of department signage and labels.
- Image, Maintenance & Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, safe,



and professional store environment at all times.
- Roles & Responsibilities (R&R;): Complete assigned duties accurately and to established standards.
- Price Changes: Implement price changes accurately and within required timelines.
- CASMS & Shelf Verification: Maintain CASMS records and follow a shelf verification schedule to ensure pricing accuracy.
- Merchandising: Support stocking, procurement, and product presentation within the department.
- Other Duties: Assist Management with additional duties as assigned.
