This experienced manager oversees enterprise SEO and GEO operations while supporting global initiatives. The work spans technical SEO, content SEO, analytics, and cross-functional program management. You will guide teams and coordinate with IT, Product, Publishing, Content, and Social partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee North American SEO and GEO programs
- Prioritize opportunities and establish implementation frameworks
- Track technical and content delivery pipelines
- Analyze traffic, rankings, conversions, and crawlability
- Present performance and business impact to executives

Requirements:

- Eight-plus years of enterprise SEO experience
- Retail, eCommerce, or Finance/Insurance industry experience
- Three to five years leading teams or projects
- Technical SEO knowledge including schema and Core Web Vitals
- Experience with AEM, JIRA, analytics, and SEO tools
