Preparing standard journal entries for responsible business units on a monthly basis Prepare working paper files and schedules to support monthly account reconciliations,



and investigating unusual items as necessary Take ownership to understand and resolve accounting issues, should they arise Reports may include income statements, balance sheets, cash flow, etc Assist in the preparation of materials and schedules to support the financial information, internal and external financial statements Assist in the preparation of regulatory reporting requirements, as necessary Interaction with external and other auditors, as needed Assist in researching technical accounting literature, as needed Assist in ad hoc requests and projects, as needed Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred (i.e. Accounting) Enrolled and pursuing the CPA designation (preferred) Intermediate knowledge of Excel Strong understanding of accounting systems Please note that we may use AI tools to help us through the recruitment process.
