Reporting to the Project Accounting Manager, you will support Finance and collaborate with Project Teams. Your work covers accounts payable, subcontractor costing, owner billings, and monthly cost reporting. The position supports accurate financial records, vendor communications, client communications, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process accounts payable invoices and payments accurately
- Maintain project budgets in the accounting system
- Prepare owner billing packages under contract terms




- Reconcile intercompany invoices and payments regularly
- Support monthly cost reports and financial closings

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or relevant field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
