As a Contract, Customer Energy Management Associate, you will manage assigned accounts and support customer initiatives. The work combines relationship management, program delivery, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement. You will help customers access Toronto Hydro services, incentives, and energy management opportunities while contributing to consistent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage customer accounts and routine program participation inquiries
- Support access to Toronto Hydro programs and incentives
- Coordinate engagement activities, milestones, deliverables, and action plans




- Analyze performance data and identify customer insights
- Maintain customer records, documentation, and reporting information

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree in a related discipline
- Minimum three years of relevant skilled experience
- Customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
