This Practice Manager role supports a respected Morden dental centre serving surrounding communities for more than 30 years. You will execute operational plans, identify improvement opportunities, ensure provincial health regulation compliance, and guide team performance. The position also includes recruitment support, payroll administration, accounts receivable oversight, and daily staffing-cost analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute operational strategies supporting productivity and patient growth
- Identify concerns and opportunities using key business indicators
- Partner with Compliance, DC Institute, and Human Resources




- Support dental qualified interviews and recruitment decisions
- Analyze staffing costs and oversee financial administration

Requirements:

- Business or office administration university or college diploma
- Three to five years of dental practice management experience
- Management experience overseeing operations and staff scheduling
- Extensive budgeting and forecasting experience
- Commitment to health regulation and operational standards
