Commercial roofing technicians install low-slope systems and inspect roof performance for Weatherproofing Technologies across an assigned region. Travel up to 25% or more may be required.
Weatherproofing Technologies, Tremco Incorporated's service division, seeks experienced Field Technicians. You will install BUR, EPDM, single-ply, coatings, and safety systems under a foreman's direction. The work also includes diagnostic inspections, issue communication, and corrections. Commercial roofing experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install BUR, EPDM, single-ply, and coating roofing systems
- Install safety systems and other low-slope roofing systems
- Operate tools safely under applicable health and safety legislation
- Perform routine inspections using diagnostic equipment
- Communicate and correct identified roofing system problems
Requirements:
- At least two years of commercial roofing experience
- Flat roofing or steep-slope roofing experience
- Ability to work at heights and lift 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Willingness to travel and work flexible peak-season hours
