This Senior Contract Administrator manages a portfolio of ITS contracts across software, licensing, support, maintenance, training, consulting, and services. The work requires contract analysis, stakeholder management, commercial process optimization, and accurate records administration. You will support project teams, vendors, management, and internal legal representation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily administration for assigned ITS contract portfolios
- Review submissions, invoices, amendments, notices, and correspondence
- Interpret contract requirements, tenders, clauses, and conditions
- Resolve contractual issues with vendors and delivery teams




- Monitor progress, changes, claims, records, and status reporting

Requirements:

- Minimum five years contract administration or procurement experience
- ITS, software, technical, legal, and commercial contract knowledge
- Post-award commercial management experience in complex environments
- Solid analytical, negotiation, reporting, and presentation skills
- Related diploma or degree, or equivalent education and experience

Use ITS contract management, claims knowledge, and stakeholder skills to administer complex agreements and support informed commercial decisions.
