Responsibilities Analyse claim documents and supporting materials Prepare detailed written responses to claimant and counsel inquiries Respond to telephone inquiries from claimants and legal counsel Collaborate with project managers, directors, and team members to achieve project objectives Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and accuracy Requirements Hold a JD from an accredited law school or equivalent foreign law degree Maintain an active law licence in valuable standing in at least one Canadian jurisdiction Demonstrate litigation experience,
