As an Assistant Property Manager, you will support the Residential Portfolio Manager across leasing, collections, maintenance, and suite turns. The position requires responsive resident service, budget awareness, organized follow-up, and accurate documentation. You will help maintain protected, comfortable communities across Avenue Living Residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow up on leads, showings, applications, and leases
- Complete renewal offers and maintain accurate renewal documentation
- Support collection efforts and resolve payment issues
- Coordinate suite turns, vendors,



work orders, and Yardi entries
- Inspect buildings, suites, and resident move-ins and move-outs

Requirements:

- Previous property management experience is an asset
- Financial acumen, specifically with budget management
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle access
- Clean driver's abstract
- Successful criminal record check
