Oversee infrastructure delivery for an established British Columbia civil contractor, combining forecasting, procurement, and construction leadership. Vancouver-based work spans diverse civil scopes. This experienced Project Manager takes ownership of projects from pre-construction through completion and close-out. Responsibilities include project controls, budgeting, scheduling, contracts, procurement, and financial performance. The role works closely with estimators, superintendents, foremen, site teams, clients, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate permits, licences, procurement, documentation, and project start-up Manage project controls, contingency planning, change orders, and forecasts Coordinate resources and subcontractors against project milestones Negotiate with suppliers, vendors,



and subcontractors for project requirements Lead close-out, debriefs, documentation, and lessons learned

Requirements:

At least five years of civil construction project management experience Experience delivering projects through completion and close-out Understanding of cost management, forecasting, scheduling, and procurement Solid communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills Client-facing experience and a valid driver's licence required Bring infrastructure project management, commercial oversight, and team coordination skills to civil construction projects across British Columbia.
