Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, this permanent full-time position supports the Accounting Department. You will work with Chrome River, Excel, ERP uploads, expense reports, vendor accounts, and financial processes. The role suits candidates with analytical skills, skilled maturity, and dependable deadline management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and approve invoices entered in Chrome River
- Reconcile statements and resolve outstanding vendor balances
- Clean CSV transactions before ERP system uploads
- Maintain Excel templates for high-volume transactions
- Support financial system implementations and process improvements
Requirements:
- Accounting diploma or post-secondary education
- Three to five-plus years of accounts payable experience
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Chrome River or 3E experience preferred
- Accuracy, organization, communication, and deadline management
