As a First Cook with RiverBend Golf Community, you will operate an assigned hot-line station within Sifton Properties Ltd.'s private golf community. Prepare dishes from recipes and specifications while maintaining presentation, portion control, allergy awareness, and product freshness. Previous line-cook or equivalent experience in a restaurant, hotel, or club environment is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and stock an assigned hot-line station
- Prepare dishes according to recipes and presentation guidelines
- Maintain portion control, consistency, and allergy awareness
- Label, date,



and rotate products using FIFO methods
- Complete closing, cleaning, and kitchen organization procedures

Requirements:

- Working knowledge of culinary techniques and station management
- Previous line-cook or equivalent restaurant, hotel, or club experience
- Ability to understand B.E.O.s and execute assigned tasks
- Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
