A&W; Restaurants needs a Restaurant Manager in Vernon, BC, combining leadership and restaurant operations expertise. This is a 40-hour weekly position.

The McMurray Group operates A&W; Restaurants across Western Canada. The manager oversees restaurant operations, guest experience, team development, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory, accounting, staff coaching, customer service, and maintaining operating standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee food quality, service speed, guest experience, and cost control
- Manage staffing, scheduling, coaching, hiring, and leadership development
- Monitor P&L; performance, inventory, payroll, and controllable costs
- Maintain WorkSafeBC, health, employment,



and food safety compliance
- Resolve guest concerns and support local marketing initiatives

Requirements:

- Three to five years of restaurant experience
- Supervisory experience and robust leadership communication skills
- Secondary school certificate or equivalent
- First Aid certification at basic or intermediate level
- Proficiency with POS, Windows 11, and Microsoft 365 Business
