Bluebird Care Redbridge seeks a Senior Care Expert for rounds across Ilford, Woodford, Wanstead, Loughton, Epping and surrounding areas. You will provide personal care, promote independence, mentor current team members and support personalised care plans. The position includes customer reviews, live-in Care Expert support and on-call guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care in customers’ homes
- Promote independence, dignity, comfort and joy
- Mentor and support new team members
- Help with customer reviews and personalised care plans
- Support live-in Care Experts and join on-call rota

Requirements:

- Full UK driving licence and own car
- At least one year’s professional care experience
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care preferred
- Compassionate, confident and adaptable approach
- Right to work in the UK
