Ontario College of Nurses registration ~ Coronary Care 1 Course or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire ~2 years recent acute care nursing experience ~ Excellent communication and collaboration skills with patients, families and other healthcare professionals ~ Participation in quality improvement initiatives on the unit ~ Recent satisfactory performance and attendance records ~ Commitment to fostering an inclusive, respectful and culturally safe workplace that embraces diversity and promotes equity and belonging ~ Comply with all applicable health and safety policies, procedures and regulations, and actively contribute to maintaining a secure and healthy work environment #
