Key Responsibilities:

- Provide specialized care for patients with complex mental illnesses
- Assess and stabilize dementia-related behaviours
- Deliver medications, interventions, and documented care
- Support transitions to long-term care or referring organizations




- Work across Ontario Shores as patient needs dictate

Requirements:

- Hold valuable-standing registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Maintain current CPR-Health Care Provider certification
- Apply psychiatric mental health nursing standards, policies, and legislation
- Work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Be available to work shifts and meet physical demands
