Lead housekeeping operations at Wickaninnish Inn on Vancouver Island’s West Coast, applying hospitality leadership and guest service expertise. This is a hands-on leadership position.

As Housekeeping Leader, you oversee day-to-day department operations and serve on the Inn’s Senior Management Team. You will uphold Relais & Châteaux, Forbes, AAA, and Wickaninnish Inn standards while supporting team development. The work includes guest concerns, scheduling, budgeting, inspections, and sustainable cleaning practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily housekeeping operations with the leadership team
- Lead hands-on service supporting guest expectations and concerns
- Inspect cleanliness, safety, and physical condition throughout the Inn
- Hire, train, supervise, and develop housekeeping team members




- Manage supplies, budgets, schedules, and administrative responsibilities

Requirements:

- Minimum two years management or leadership experience in service industry
- Or four years of housekeeping department experience
- Exemplary guest service and human resources skills
- Solid communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- WHMIS knowledge or certification and scheduling flexibility
