- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience working with Analytics tools and performance metrics.

- Relevant experience in real estate, brokerage operations, or a related industry is an asset.
- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships and work effectively in an in office, team-oriented environment.
