Lead high-rise mechanical construction in Downtown Calgary with Pitt Meadows Plumbing and Mechanical Systems, coordinating teams, installations, schedules, and subcontractors.
This experienced Mechanical Superintendent reports to the Construction Manager on a conversion project. You will oversee mechanical installation while planning schedules, coordinating materials, directing site teams, and maintaining project requirements. The work supports large-scale mechanical construction with attention to specifications, safety, quality, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all on-site phases of mechanical project installation
- Lead, supervise, and direct site teams by example
- Develop short-term and long-term project schedules
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials,
and equipment
- Monitor installation against schedules and adjust tasks
Requirements:
- Experience leading high-rise projects and engaging teams
- Canadian plumbing or mechanical Superintendent experience
- Minimum ten years in mechanical construction
- Minimum five years as a Mechanical Foreman
- Red Seal certification and blueprint reading ability
