Protect Carvana people and assets through multi-site asset protection, fraud mitigation, and inventory control in a field-based assignment.

As an Area Lead, you will execute Secure & Secure routines across primarily high-risk locations. The work combines operational risk programs, crisis management, safety compliance, and quantitative reporting. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders and provide daily support to Market Operations and Logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot scanning and inventory control concerns across locations
- Reduce unit loss from missing units, removals, and fraud
- Complete Aclaimant records and after-action safety reviews
- Assess site data and report wins and improvement opportunities




- Build productive relationships across applicable company departments

Requirements:

- Five years of Security or Asset Protection experience
- One year of multi-site leadership experience
- Experience investigating and resolving theft and fraud issues
- Crisis Management or Incident Response experience
- Domestic travel availability of 60–75% required
