U-Haul seeks friendly, motivated Customer Service Representatives for its Bedford center. You will assist customers, dispatch and return equipment, answer product questions, and support exceptional service. The position includes on-the-job education through U-Haul University and certification opportunities for propane filling and forklift operation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers inside and outside the U-Haul center
- Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory
- Move and hook up trucks and trailers
- Clean equipment and inspect fluid levels
- Prepare invoices and accept returned equipment

Requirements:

- Valid driver’s license with a valuable driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to move equipment weighing at least 50 pounds
- Readiness for safety precautions around moving machinery
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors
