Shape I⁢ solutions through requirements engineering, business modeling, and stakeholder engagement in a Senior Business Analyst capacity. You will gather, document, and analyze business needs with business stakeholders and subject matter experts. The work includes JAD sessions, interviews, mockups, use-case modeling, data modeling, and process modeling. It supports consistent requirements practices across project phases and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop requirements-gathering processes using JAD sessions Conduct interviews, mockups, and use-case surveys Perform business, use-case, and data modeling Define business rules and non-functional requirements Develop performance measures and traceability matrices
Requirements:
Experience with GUI design and mockups such as Balsamiq Experience with JAD, UML, and CASE tools Experience documenting system requirements with development teams Experience with structured, object-oriented, and agile methodologies Knowledge of accessibility requirements and AODA regulations Bring senior-level requirements analysis, modeling, and stakeholder communication to complex I⁢ business initiatives.
