As RunReady’s Experience Coordinator, you will manage client interactions inside the upcoming RunReady Studio. You will coordinate appointments, orient visitors, lead footwear matching, and support service bookings. The work combines studio administration, sales conversations, client records, billing, and collaboration with RunAsYouAre, Marketing, Brand, Operations, and Community teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Host clients and create welcoming, health-centered studio experiences
- Check in appointments, provide orientations, and answer client concerns
- Lead footwear matching using RunReady Pro and product knowledge




- Schedule appointments, process billing, and respond to inquiries
- Maintain studio appearance, supplies, records, and safety protocols

Requirements:

- One to two years in customer-facing or sales roles
- Experience in health, fitness, or retail settings preferred
- Solid organization and accurate administrative skills
- Availability onsite, Tuesday through Saturday, 40 hours weekly
- Passion for running and authentic service promotion
