Ideal Glass Hardware Inc. is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team in Markham.

This is a hands-on role combining sales, customer service, order processing, and warehouse order fulfillment . You will work directly with contractors, installers, fabricators, builders, and other customers from initial inquiry through completion of their orders.

Responsibilities

- Assist walk-in, phone, and email customers with product inquiries, pricing, and availability
- Build relationships with new and existing customers and identify sales opportunities
- Recommend products, prepare quotations, and follow up on leads
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate sales documentation
- Personally prepare and fulfill customer orders , including picking products from the warehouse, verifying SKUs and quantities, packing, and preparing orders for pickup or shipment




- Prepare purchase orders and submit them to management for approval
- Follow up on orders, payments, pickups, and shipments
- Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, and inventory

Qualifications

- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Robust communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple orders and customers
- Comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment
- Basic computer skills
- Able to work full-time on-site in Markham

Preferred

- Shopify and QuickBooks experience
- B2B sales experience
- Experience in glass hardware, construction, building materials, or hardware
- Familiarity with inventory, SKUs, quotations, purchase orders, and order fulfillment
