Drive dedicated cross-border routes for Ryder from London, Ontario, using commercial driving experience, an AZ license, and a valid FAST Card.
This full time AZ OTR Cross Border Truck Driver position serves multiple stops in Ohio. The schedule provides consistent home time, with three nights away in Week 1 and two nights away in Week 2. You will transport freight across customer, supplier, and Company locations in Canada and the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate tractor-trailer combinations on dedicated cross-border routes
- Pick up and deliver freight across Canada and the United States
- Complete logbooks, inspection reports, and customer paperwork
- Inspect equipment and oversee freight loading and unloading
- Unload freight using material handling equipment when required
Requirements:
- Minimum nine months of verifiable commercial driving experience
- Valid AZ or Class 1 license with air brake endorsement
- Valid FAST Card required for cross-border driving
- Advanced standard-transmission delivery truck driving ability
- Ability to drive safely in all weather conditions
