Provide person-centered care as a Care Attendant at Seasons Drayton Valley in Alberta. Support residents with compassion, dignity, and professionalism.

This permanent, part time position supports residents’ safety and wellbeing through daily care services. You will administer medications after Seasons training, follow infection control procedures, and respond to medical, physical, and emotional needs. The role also includes resident housekeeping and laundry assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide person-centered care with dignity and compassion
- Administer medications safely after completing Seasons training
- Follow company infection control policies and procedures
- Assist residents with housekeeping tasks and laundry
- Respond to needs with Health and Wellness Manager collaboration

Requirements:

- Alberta CLHA registration in good standing
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Compassion, empathy, and understanding for residents
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Mandatory COVID-19 vaccination and required checks
