As our internal recruiting expert, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle—from workforce planning and sourcing to interviewing, and onboarding coordination. In a growing organization, this role is highly collaborative and requires creativity, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to recruit across multiple departments. This is a part-time chance with an expected commitment of approximately 4 hours per day.

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for all open positions. ~ Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies. ~ Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other creative sourcing methods. ~ Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews. ~ Facilitate interview debriefs and assist hiring managers with candidate evaluations.



~ Advise managers on recruiting best practices. ~ Coach interviewers on behavioral interviewing techniques. ~ Provide regular updates on recruiting progress and market conditions. ~ Maintainthe Applicant Tracking System (ATS). ~ Partner with HR to ensure a seamless onboarding experience on new hire paperwork and pre-employment requirements. ~ Bachelor's degree inHumanResources,Business, or related field (or equivalent experience); Experience recruiting for multiple functions and levels. ~ Strong organizational and project management abilities. ~ Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills. ~ Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems. ~ Proficiencywith Microsoft Office and LinkedIn Recruiter. ~ Customer-service mindset ~ Continuous improvement mentality ~ Revenue Share Bonus
