This prospect suits a third or fourth year undergraduate or equivalent co-op student. You will work with structured data, vendor information, invoices, and operational inputs. The role develops experience in data cataloging, reconciliation, reporting, and process improvement while supporting P&P; operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build a structured P&P; data catalog
- Map vendors to applications and document types
- Clean and prepare Power BI reporting inputs
- Validate data and document sources and assumptions
- Document manual reporting processes and improvement ideas

Requirements:

- Third or fourth year undergraduate study
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Comfort working with multiple data sources
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and ask clarifying questions
