Drive Home and Auto insurance sales at Aviva Canada from the office full time, using advanced underwriting judgment and customer-focused communication.

As a seasoned, sales-driven Insurance Specialist, you will deliver individual and team results through quoting, underwriting, and selling personal lines policies. You will exceed sales KPIs, support junior colleagues, and apply delegated authority across new business, endorsements, and renewals. The schedule includes five 7.5-hour shifts weekly within Monday-to-Saturday operating hours.

Key Responsibilities:

- Quote, underwrite, and sell Home and Auto insurance policies
- Exceed sales KPIs, conversion targets, and retention metrics
- Identify and close cross-sell and upsell opportunities




- Provide technical underwriting guidance to junior team members
- Service policies as customers’ needs and products change

Requirements:

- College diploma or university degree
- Attain the OTL license with provided training
- Demonstrated success exceeding sales goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Insurance sales, service, or underwriting experience is an asset
