Analyze complex utility billing and metering issues at Elexicon Energy in Ajax, applying SQL, SAP, and investigative skills. Two openings are available.

As a Revenue Management Analyst, you will support billing issue resolution, retailer settlement, regulatory reporting, and system updates. The work involves process mapping, project management, business process development, and detailed documentation. You will investigate root causes across CIS, EBT System, Spoke and Hub environments, while coordinating corrective actions with Metering, Billing, unionized, and non-union teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve crossed meter conditions and meter exchange errors
- Support MDM/R synchronization and downstream billing accuracy
- Analyze recurring exceptions and document resolution methodologies




- Manage rate updates and define business acceptance criteria
- Own retailer settlement, reconciliation, and dispute resolution

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in business, accounting, engineering technology, or related field
- Experience with utility billing, metering, or customer information systems
- Solid analytical, investigative, process mapping, and project management skills
- Knowledge of OEB Retail Settlement Code and related practices
- SAP, BPEM, MDM, EBT, Spoke, Hub, and Cognos experience
