Deliver advice-based banking at Meridian through financial services, credit, and relationship-building skills. Support Members through in-branch transactional and advisory services. As a Financial Services Representative, you will understand Member needs and recommend suitable products, services, and financial solutions. You will support day-to-day banking while opening accounts, offering credit, identifying wealth referrals, and strengthening Member relationships. The role contributes to individual and team business results.

Key Responsibilities
Provide accurate frontline transactional services for daily banking needs Open new Member accounts using appropriate account-opening strategies Recommend credit, deposit, investment, and other Meridian solutions Refer Members to Wealth, Small Business,



and Mobile Mortgage partners Participate in community activities and branch relationship-building initiatives

Requirements:
