This Manager, Communications partners with the Senior Director, Communications across OM Canada and its agencies. The position focuses on employee newsletters, announcements, intranet content, town halls and culture-building initiatives. It also supports employer-brand communications involving engagement, learning and development, recruitment, DEI and community initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day internal communications across OM Canada
- Maintain editorial calendars and employee newsletters
- Develop leadership communications, announcements and town hall materials
- Manage intranet and internal content strategy
- Identify stories and initiatives for internal amplification
Requirements:
- Seven to ten years’ experience in internal communications or related disciplines
- Solid writing, editing and storytelling abilities
- Ability to adapt content for audiences and channels
- Highly organized with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Trusted relationship-building skills across teams and organizational levels
