Kichton Construction LP seeks experienced Foremen and Forewomen for a 14 days on, 7 days off rotation. You will supervise crews in a production setting while applying mining or oilsands experience. The position requires strong communication, leadership, and a safety-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead heavy equipment crews during reclamation work
- Supervise daily activities within the mining project
- Maintain strong safety leadership across production environments
- Communicate clearly with crews and project personnel

Requirements:

- Minimum five years construction supervisory experience
- Mining or oilsands experience required
- Familiarity with production environments
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and good abstract
- CSO certification and required safety training
