Ensure that all quality check procedures put in place by the company are followed during every production phase. Create comprehensive documentation for quality issues and note the corrective actions that were taken. Educate the production team on quality control issues and work with department managers to improve overall company safety and product control. Perform Manufacturing audits. Report back any quality concerns with production, tooling, or equipment. Work in compliance and conform to QMS, EMS, and H&S; standards, Policies, Objectives, Impact & Aspect and Hazard and Risks. Post Secondary Education. Training n Quality Standards and Processes. 1+ years’ experience in a quality role in manufacturing. ~ Proven history working with quality standards. ~ Six Sigma Green Belt training would be an asset.
