About this PositionWe are looking for a temporary Suitability Review Analyst to join our PFSL Dept.
The hourly rate will be $25-$28.
Responsibilities and QualificationsResponsibilities:Review all mutual fund trades for suitability and completenessEnsure trades meet the PFSL guidelines and are compliant with both mutual fund compliance and securities regulationsResponsible for forwarding all the deficient trades to appropriate staff for resolutionResponsible for forwarding trades to data entry staff on a timely basisCompile Operations Statistics reportOther miscellaneous duties as assignedQualifications:Post secondary education or equivalent knowledge gained through working experienceMinimum 2 years experience in the mutual fund industry is an assetMust have IFIC and the Branch Manager examExcellent communication and organizational skillsThoroughness and accuracy are vitalHighly organized, detail oriented and conscience in a time sensitive environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office programs,
