This customer service position combines shopping assistance with cash handling, merchandise recovery, and store maintenance. You will explain Rewards advantages, Private Label Credit Cards, and Voice of Customer surveys. Duties also include omnichannel fulfillment, truck unloading, stocking, and custom framing cross-training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with shopping, product locations, and solutions
- Execute checkout transactions and cash handling to standards
- Complete Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments




- Perform merchandise recovery, returns, and general store maintenance
- Assist with SISO, AD sets, and omnichannel processes

Requirements:

- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to remain standing and move throughout the store
- Regular ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and reach high shelves
- Canadian applicants must meet applicable legal requirements
