BMO seeks a Content Designer with four to seven years of professional experience for its XD Foundation Team. You will support CMS development and maintenance across digital channels while connecting Experience Design, Digital Marketing, and Delivery teams. Contentful proficiency is preferred, alongside HTML literacy, accessibility familiarity, and strong communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create CMS modules with Developers and Designers
- Improve Contentful authoring and reduce defects
- Strengthen Content Authors’ CMS skills and practices
- Maintain documentation and onboard CMS users
- Triage Help Desk questions and elevate issues
Requirements:
- Four to seven years as a Content Designer
- Content management systems proficiency; Contentful preferred
- Ability to interpret HTML for basic troubleshooting
- Familiarity with accessibility and content best practices
- Solid communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
