Northern Case Management is seeking a compassionate Support Worker or Personal Assistant for a small team. The client uses an Alternative and Augmentative Communication device and works with schools, conferences, and communication systems. You will provide person-centred support at home, during activities, and across professional commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and maintain the client’s independent lifestyle
- Support communication, presentations, mentoring, and conferences
- Accompany physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, sports, and social activities




- Transport the client safely in an adapted vehicle
- Provide care within the client’s home and family home

Requirements:

- Full clean UK driving licence essential
- Confidence supporting diverse situations and activities
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Cerebral palsy or brain injury experience desirable
- Enhanced DBS and willingness to learn

Use confidence, adaptability, and person-centred support to help a communicative client pursue work, activities, and independence.
