This Licensed Practical Nurse position serves residents at The Sagewood, The Meadows, or Rosecrest under the Director of Care. The role includes supervising staff, coordinating care, communicating with families and healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate clinical records. Full time, part time, and casual schedules are available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess initial and ongoing resident health status
- Participate in resident care and service delivery
- Supervise staff and support performance evaluation
- Communicate pertinent information to team members
- Maintain complete and accurate clinical records
Requirements:
- Valid Nova Scotia Licensed Practical Nurse license
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Explicit Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector Check
