Deliver welcoming resident service as a part time Concierge, using communication and organization across two scheduled weekly shifts.

As Concierge, you will support the building’s day-to-day community experience while reporting to the Condominium Manager. The position requires a polished, mature approach, positive energy, and solid customer service. You will assist residents and guests, coordinate building services, and communicate operational and security updates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain lobby presence and help control building access
- Assist residents and guests in a friendly manner
- Manage resident notices, messages, emails, and desk calls
- Receive and arrange pickup of delivered parcels
- Support community events, inspections, and lobby tidiness

Requirements:

- Availability for two permanent part time shifts weekly
- Friday availability from 9am to 6pm
- Saturday availability from 10am to 7pm
- Polished, mature, positive, and approachable manner
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
