The Team Leader works within the management team to support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. You oversee store associates, coordinate shipments, and maintain merchandising and visual standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise associates and provide daily guidance
- Box and unbox daily store shipments
- Maintain merchandising, stocking, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Manage cash, attendance, inventory, openings, and closings
Requirements:
- At least one year of retail experience
- One to two years of supervisory experience
