Support YLAI partnerships and participant engagement at IREX, combining stakeholder communication with accurate program administration. Work in person in Washington, DC, at least two days weekly.

This Program Coordinator role supports recruitment, cultivation, and retention of U.S.-based partners, including businesses, universities, accelerators, and entrepreneurship organizations. You will coordinate participant advising, placements, events, travel, procurement, deliverables, compliance documentation, and follow-up while escalating complex matters to program leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, recruit, cultivate, and retain U.S.-based program partners
- Communicate mutual value and track stakeholder commitments and follow-up
- Provide culturally responsive advising before, during, and after activities
- Monitor partner deliverables, satisfaction, risks,



and compliance documentation
- Support events connecting participants and businesses with commercial opportunities

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree with relevant program experience preferred
- Experience supporting external partner recruitment, onboarding, advising, or retention
- Understanding of Latin America and the Caribbean developments
- Cross-cultural communication with international participants and commercial partners
- Experience coordinating grants, contracts, subawards, or partner deliverables preferred
