You will collaborate with engagement managers, practice leaders, Human Capital, and Talent teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate staff assignments using availability, skills, targets, and requirements
- Maintain staffing pipelines, schedules, and future resource needs
- Update skills inventories, certifications, and capability databases
- Flag conflicts, overallocations, and underutilization with staffing solutions




- Monitor utilization, billability, workloads, and timekeeping compliance

Requirements:

- Fluent bilingual English and French communication
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- Two to three years of relevant experience is an asset
- Professional services or consulting experience preferred
- Strong Excel, reporting, analytical, and organizational skills
