In this role, you'll support full-cycle recruitment and onboarding while partnering with hiring managers across the business to attract, hire, and onboard talent that supports Phasor's continued growth. You'll also provide day-to-day recruitment administration and HR support while contributing to a positive candidate and employee experience. and post-secondary engagement initiatives Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Support HR programs, policies, and process improvements while collaborating with HR team members across Canada Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies 3-4+ years of recruitment experience within Canada or North America ~ Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles and hiring managers ~ Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field ~ Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills ~ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills ~ Ability to travel occasionally within Canada and the United States ~ Experience recruiting within the utilities, engineering, construction, or infrastructure sectors is considered an asset ~ Ability to complete background checks and drug and alcohol pre-access testing requirements, where applicable At Phasor Engineering, you'll have the prospect to be part of some of North America's most complex utility, industrial, and infrastructure projects while collaborating with a highly skilled multidisciplinary team.
