The Recreation Assistant works within Grove Recreation and holds CUPE Local 2704 affiliation. Candidates need post-secondary education in recreation, therapeutic recreation, kinesiology, gerontology, or a related field. At least one year of health care experience is required, alongside leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support recreation activities within the Grove Recreation department
- Apply recreation and leisure studies knowledge in practice
- Use communication skills when supporting recreation services
- Demonstrate leadership during assigned recreation responsibilities

Requirements:
